How do I cancel my subscription?

For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find DocVibe in your list of subscriptions
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Find DocVibe and tap it
  6. Tap Cancel subscription

Note: Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges, but you'll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android), not your device. When you install the app on a new device:

To restore your subscription:

  1. Open DocVibe and go to the home page
  2. Tap the yellow "Pro" button in the top right corner
  3. On the premium screen, look for "Restore purchases" at the bottom left
  4. Tap "Restore purchases" and your subscription should be restored

Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that you used to purchase the subscription.
